"Heather at Adam Leggett State Farm Insurance has been amazing to work with while helping me find a better life insurance policy. Over the past couple of months, she’s been super helpful and patient, always making sure I understood my options and felt confident planning for the future.
It’s honestly hard to find customer service like this these days. As long as I keep getting this kind of support from Heather and the team at Adam Leggett State Farm Insurance, I don’t see any reason to switch. I’ve had other companies offer lower rates, but the personal attention and care I get here are what keep me coming back.
One thing that really stands out is that I usually don’t even have to reach out first. Heather and the team regularly check in each year to go over my coverage, suggest updates, and help me save money where I can.
Heather, even though I wasn’t able to get the policy at this time thanks so much for all your help, future planning, and advisement . Your professionalism, dedication, and genuine care really do make a difference.

"After being with Allstate for many many years, they had my bill over $400 with nothing to justify such increases. I changed to State Farm and have been paying close to the same amount as when I signed up, with only minimal increases. I have to say I was waiting for my bill to keep going up & up like with Allstate, but I have been pleasantly surprised that it HAS NOT!!! I am very, very happy with this State Farm office and agent Adam Leggett. I have zero complaints and I plan to stay right where I am.
