"Customer service was amazing till they kicked me off my 6 month policy for a fender bender dent the size of my hand. Super frustrating and disappointing. Use him at your own risk, you might get kicked off 2 months in!"

"Sooo upset right now. This girl Kylie sent me a quote then we talked about it and then I paid and saw the documents and it was for the WRONG CAR. It was for my sisters old car that somehow got sent to me. I am sooo upset and now the refund won’t be processed for 5 days. She never confirmed the car and now I’m screwed."
